I am just back from Penang and Malacca's heritage sites. As for Ipoh, if it wants to be in the UNESCO's heritage list, then it has to do a lot of homework. As far as I am concern, Ipoh's State Govt and MPI needs to be serious about its heritage buildings and Ipoh's history.

The importance as part of our heritage is nevertheless immeasureable, and their urgent needs
must NOT be ignored. These streets and buildings of IPOH are part of the historic character of IPOH. It's a way to relate Ipoh's past lives, they stand as physical evidence of the dirverse people who have taken part in the city's growth. So lets follow Penang and Malacca to at least try to be in the UNESCO's list.
